Never conventional I wore something above the knee, plain white dress with a crochet overlay. I tried on a few proper dresses but they felt really uncomfortable.
(yes, I did take some of the pictures at my own wedding 😉 )

Wow Ella! I missed these posts. Congratulations! Nice dress too – sounds wonderful to me, better than acres of smooth untextured satiny cloth.
Thanks it was small but lovely and I’ve never been a fan of meringues anyway though I think the groom might have had visions of one lol
